The Role
As an LPC-Associate at Anchor Well, you will provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families while receiving consistent clinical supervision and mentorship.
This role is designed for sustainability, not overload. Caseloads build gradually with support at every stage.
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based telehealth counseling within your scope of practice
- Participate in consistent LPC-S supervision and consultation
- Complete clinical documentation using SimplePractice
- Engage thoughtfully with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relational stress, and family dynamics
- Contribute to a professional, grounded, collaborative clinical culture
