  • Why Telehealth?

    At Anchor Well, we aim to provide a therapeutic experience that is accessible and convenient for both clinician and client. Telehealth provides a platform for our clinicians to access when it works best for their schedule and allows our clients the opportunity to receive high quality services anywhere in the state of Texas. Telehealth has been researched extensively since the pandemic of 2020 and shown to be just as effective as face-to-face therapy in the majority of cases. We can address any of your questions and share our implemented procedures to protect your privacy to the best of our ability and make your telehealth experience as seamless as possible.

  • Do I have to pay before a session?

    Paying before your session is an important part of our operations as it protects the clinician-client relationship from being compromised by financial issues. At Anchor Well, we want your session to be completely devoted to your needs and therapeutic goals, and payment before service protects your time and keeps your relationship with your clinician completely therapeutic. We understand that life happens, and you might find yourself joining your session before payment. Your clinician is instructed to wait until there is a confirmation of payment to begin your session and will be a part of your service time. We do our very best to have systems in place to make your financial experience one of ease and simplicity.

  • I’d like to see a clinician but the availability doesn’t work for me.

    If you find yourself trying to schedule with a certain clinician but can’t get on their schedule, send an email to practice@anchorwellmhs.com with 3-5 available times that work best for you. We will see what we can do on our end to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability!

  • There is a service I am needing, but do not see it listed on the website or client portal.

    We would love to see if we can provide the service you are looking to receive. Email practice@anchorwellmhs.com to see if we can meet your needs! If we are unable to at this time, we have some great resources and referrals available to point you in the right direction of care!
