At Anchor Well, we believe real healing begins with belonging—and that growth happens when people are seen, supported, and empowered. I’m Jonathan Alexander, co-founder of Anchor Well, and it’s my joy to help create spaces where individuals, couples, and communities move from surviving to thriving.

My journey has always centered on connecting vision with impact. With degrees in Business Marketing and Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, I’ve spent the last 15+ years building people-first organizations, equipping leaders, and guiding teams through seasons of transformation and growth. Whether in nonprofit leadership, community development, or now mental health and wellness, my focus remains the same: to foster environments where people can reclaim their voice, their agency, and their hope.

At Anchor Well, I lead the strategic and operational heartbeat behind our care—so that the right systems, people, and partnerships are in place to ensure every client experiences intentional, high-quality support. My background in leadership, analytics, project management, and innovation allows me to steward the mission behind the scenes, while my greatest reward is witnessing lives shift from burnout to balance, from isolation to connection, from coping to flourishing.

Together with my wife, Sara—a gifted clinician and counselor—we’re building more than a practice. We’re building a movement toward accessible, whole-person healing.

You deserve to feel grounded, restored, and empowered. And at Anchor Well, that’s exactly what we’re here to help you do.
