I am a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach focused on creating lifestyle practices to support the whole person. I received my undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Texas (Hook ‘em!) and my Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Women’s University in Houston.

As a Registered Dietitian, I worked in Corporate Wellness where I used my passion for nutrition education and provided opportunities for nourishment across the different aspects of wellness. That experience sparked my interest in personal coaching for health and wellness. After transitioning to working one-on-one with clients, I found a need for widening the view of my clients’ and fellow moms’ health struggles from just nutrition to other aspects of life that are equally impactful. This is what prompted me to pursue a certification in Health and Wellness Coaching. My areas of interest are whole-person health, nutrition, mindfulness, and women’s health. I love partnering with clients to help them find lifestyle practices to maximize their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Besides the joyous rollercoaster ride of parenting three children, I enjoy reading, yoga, cooking and baking, and spending time with family and friends.
